Edge - mascot for EPFSUG
========================

Edge is the name of the hedgehog mascot for EPFSUG, The European Parliament
Free Software User Group.

The Estonian national epic, Kalevipoeg, has an episode where the hero beats
some bad guys with the wooden planks he was carrying. First he hit them flat,
breaking the planks. Then a hedgehog shouted from the bush: "Use the edge,
strong man!". He obeyed and whacked them good. In return, he gave the hedgehog
a strip of his overcoat (so that's how the hedgehog got his needles).
